How the editor works
The editor loads your SVG code into a text area alongside a live preview panel. Every change you make to the code is reflected immediately in the preview. You can edit element attributes, reorder layers, change colours, and modify paths directly in the XML.
Editing paths and shapes
SVG paths use a mini language of commands like M for move, L for line, C for curve, and Z for close. You do not need to memorise these commands to use the editor. Change the numbers in path data and watch the preview update. Smooth curves use cubic bezier commands with six coordinate values.
Changing colours and strokes
Fill and stroke attributes control the appearance of SVG elements. Set fill to a colour value or none for transparent shapes. Stroke adds an outline with adjustable width, cap style, and join style. Use currentColor in your SVG to inherit text colour from CSS.
Downloading your edits
When you are happy with your changes, click the download button to save the edited SVG. The file preserves all your modifications and remains a valid SVG that opens in any vector editor or browser.
